Our lodges are situated on the banks of the main two rivers - the Kafue and Zambezi, and are both beautifully thatched with en-suite chalets - all with river views and hot running water.

Doubles with shared ablusions - $50 B&B

Twins with shared ablusions - $50 B&B

Doubles with en-suite - $60 B&B

Family rooms (sleep 4) with en-suite - $80 B&B

Prices are per room. Single supplement for each room is $35 for shared ablusions, $40 for en-suite rooms.

Check-in Time is from 16:00 (4pm) onwards

Payment
• Rates are quoted in US dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice. All accommodation must be paid either before or on arrival.
• Payment may be made in cash only. Kwacha, Pound Sterling, SA Rand and Euro equivalent accepted at current exchange rates. Credit/debit cards, travellers cheques and cheques not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any booking on any grounds we feel are necessary and will honour no liability by doing so. However, we will make every effort to find alternative accommodation for the guests, but we are not bound to do so.

The Law
• The use or sale of any illegal substance in the guesthouse or on surrounding property is strictly prohibited. You will be immediately evicted and reported to the police for doing so.
• Prostitution is not permitted on the premises. Any guest found to bring prostitutes onto the premises will be evicted from the premises and reported to the police
• Firearms are not permitted in the bar/restaurant and any public place within the guest house and surrounding property. Licensed firearms may be kept in the room only and must be concealed at all times when being carried to/from the room.

Breakfast
A continental breakfast (tea, coffee, toast, cereals and juices) is served every morning from 07:00 to 09:00 included in the daily rate. Cooked breakfasts can be ordered from 07:00 but must be paid for at lodge prices.

Tabs
Guests can run a tab at the lodge bar and restaurant and laundry service but must leave a passport/id in the lodge safe as security. Tabs can be paid upon departure. Each tab must be signed by the client before opening another tab to avoid confusion and discrepancies at the time of payment.

Laundry
For your convenience laundry bags are placed in your room. Please deliver laundry to reception. Laundry will be done within 48 hours and the bill will be added to your account tab. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided daily.

Swimming Pool
The premises contain an unsupervised, open pool which may be used at the guests' own risk. The pool is not very deep so strictly NO DIVING for your own safety.

Children
• Children must be under adult supervision at all times, especially around the open pool area.
• The guesthouse staff will under no circumstances supervise children.
• Children are not allowed to run around passageways or into other rooms.

General
• Bookings are for holiday/business purposes only and cannot give rise to a long term tenancy.
• Persons occupying the guesthouse rooms may not exceed the number of persons indicated upon booking.
• Under no circumstances may soliciting of services in direct or indirect competition to Bongwe Safaris, Bongwe’s Guesthouse or Bongwe’s Bar be undertaken on the premises.
• During nights the front door is closed. Please use the back door to come and go as you please. Please remember to lock the door behind you and to remove the key.
• Please leave the guesthouse reasonable tidy and clean after use.
• Out of respect for all guests, noise must be kept down to a comfortable level at all times.
• Room Service and Wake-Up Calls are available on request.
• Please make use of the signs "Please Clean Room" and "Do Not Disturb".
• Please keep furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of your stay. In the event of any damage to furniture, fixtures or fittings, you may be held liable for the replacement value or repair costs. This includes damage to the pool area.
