Bongwe's Barn is part of Bongwe Safaris. We decided to open affordable accommodation in Lusaka to complement our safari operations. Thus providing both our safari clients and independent travellers a safe haven in the heart of Lusaka. As part of our price we include freshly laundered cotton bed linen, comfy duvets, fans, mozzie nets, freshly ground Zambian coffee in the rooms and a self service continental breakfast of home-baked breads, muffins & cereals.
We have several room types to choose from ranging from 300,000 ZMK (50 USD) for a standard twin room to 500,000 ZMK (100 USD) for a five bed family room with a private bathroom. See our accommodation page for more.
As well as the accommodation, we also have a members bar and restaurant that serves fantastic "pub grub". The prices are in keeping with our overall philosophy of keeping things affordable without cutting corners.
